Goal: To give clients the highest level of professional service possible and to help them achieve their Real Estate needs with the least inconvenience to them. Chuck is a lifelong resident of Easthampton and a 3rd generation Realtor. It was his grandfather Charles Taylor that founded the agency in 1954. Chuck is a graduate of Easthampton High School and UMass Amherst in 1981, with a degree in Wood Science Technology. He has been a Realtor since 1981 and is the principal broker for the agency, specializing in residential, land and commercial Real Estate. He has both the GRI (Graduate of Realtors Institute) and the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations. Chuck strongly believes in "giving back" to our community, as is evidenced by his abundant involvement in community organizations.
Chuck has received the Richard Hallet Memorial Award for outstanding academic Achievement from the Realtors Institute of Mass., as well as a Community Service Award from the Easthampton Police Department. He lives with his life partner Maura McCarthy. Together they have 4 children. Chuck's favorite pastime is trout fishing in local streams and hiking with family and friends. After moving to Southampton, she opened, along with her mother, The Hair Station Salon in 1988. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially her 2 children. Chris is a lifelong valley resident. Growing up in Florence, he and his wife Stacy now live in Holyoke along with their cats, Maggie and Dusty. Since 2000, he has been a Realtor, earning the GRI designation and also a membership in the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council. Christ knows firsthand the importance of customer service through his ownership of a power equipment dealership for 16 years as well as his Business Studies at Holyoke Community College. Chris' hobbies include watching the Red Sox and New England Patriots, fishing and aviation. He has logged many hours flying over our beautiful valley, earning both a pilot's license and a commercial pilot's license. Chris and his wife enjoy travel, especially to the warmer climates of Florida and the Caribbean. Ron's Real Estate expertise stretches over 28 years, listing and selling both residential and commercial properties and he holds the GRI Real Estate designation. He attended both Western New England College and Northeastern University for business studies. Ron worked for Digital Equipment for many years at their Maynard headquarters, then at the Westfield facility. He is also a US Army veteran communications specialist, serving a tour in Korea. A native of Fitchburg, Mass, Ron 1st moved to Southampton in 1975, along with his wife and 5 children and he now has 9 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter. He has worked extensively in the Easthampton, Southampton, and Westhampton Real Estate markets, at one time owning Westhampton Real Estate. In his spare time, he enjoys boating and fishing, especially for bass. He is also very active in church activities and the American Cancer Society Road to Recovery Program. Goal: To help buyers find the right home and to provide the professional services needed for both buyers and sellers. Don and his wife Eileen have called Easthampton home for over 33 years. Through both his employment and his community involvement, Don has always been a familiar face in town. His volunteer time with the Lions Club, Housing Authority, Board of Voter registration and the Community Preservation Committee keeps him very busy. He is the recipent of the Melvin Jones Fellowship from the Lions for his services as District Governor. After graduation from American International College, followed by a 28 year career as a tax auditor, Don now brings his strong tax and finance background together with his knowledge of Real Estate to help families find homes. In his spare time he enjoys reading (especially non-fiction), swimming, travel and is presently learning to play golf. Don also speaks fluent French, which he finds invaluable, especialy at his family reunions held each year in the US or in Canada. Goal: Helping clients to locate the home that they instinctively feel is right for them. David's attachment to Easthampton began 32 years ago when he moved here from Northampton . He and his wife Susan have 3 grown children. After Northampton High School, Westfield State and Franklin Institute of Technology, he began working as a commercial photographer at Stanhome, then Kollmorgen Corporation and then in his own business for 20 years. David's history in Real Estate began over 20 years ago, owning and managing commercial properties. He specializes in guiding sellers and buyers through the sometimes intimidating process of Real Estate transactions. David's passion is fine art landscape photography. Among his favorite destinations are Coastal Maine and the Rocky Mountains. He has won numerous awards, including the Kodak Gallery Award and the Fuji Masterpiece Award. Many of his photographs have sold throughout Europe, South America and Asia. To unwind, he enjoys a quiet afternoon canoeing in his Old Town canoe. David is very involved in our community as well. He is a Past President of the Easthampton Jaycees, Past Member and Chairman of the Easthampton Zoning Board, a member of the Western Mass Advertising Club and an elder in his congregation.
