Lee-Ann works in our rental office, handling residential and commercial rentals. A native of Southampton, she attended Hampshire Regional High School and is a graduate of Springfield College, with a degree in Therapeutic Recreation. After working with the Sisters of Providence Health System as the Director of Therapeutic Recreation for 10 years, she came to work in the family business in 1997. She is married to Tom Conner and has a son, Nicholas.

Like so many in the Conner family, Lee-Ann plays a very active role in our community. She is a member of the Helping Hand Society, as well as an active member of the Easthampton Parent Teacher Organization. To unwind, Lee-Ann enjoys golf, gardening, walking and coaching Easthampton youth sports.

As her name implies, Bernice "Taylor" Conner is a 2nd generation Realtor, starting in the business over 35 years ago with her father, Charles Taylor, the company founder. After graduation from Easthampton Schools, Northampton School for Girls, then Quinnipiac College, Bernice not only worked in the family business, but also raised 3 sons, along with husband Bob. Over the years she has volunteered in a multitude of community organizations. The Helping Hand Society, Cooley Dickinson Hospital Auxiliary, Easthampton Historical Society, Easthampton C.O.A., Chamber of Commerce, PTA and Wright Homestead have all benefited from her dedication to making Easthampton a great place to live.

In her spare time, Bernice enjoys walking, playing bridge, shopping, dining out and especially playing with her 5 grandchildren. Her expertise is in our Residential Rental Department.
