Chuck is a lifelong resident of Easthampton and a 3rd generation Realtor. It was his grandfather Charles Taylor that founded the agency in 1955. Chuck is a graduate of Easthampton High School and UMass Amherst in 1981, with a degree in Wood Science Technology. He has been a Realtor since 1981 and is the principal broker for the agency, specializing in residential, land and commercial Real Estate. He has both the GRI (Graduate of Realtors Institute) and the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations.

Chuck strongly believes in “giving back” to our community, as is evidenced by his abundant involvement in community organizations.

He lives with his wife Maura McCarthy. Together they have 4 children. Chuck’s favorite pastime is trout fishing in local streams and hiking with family and friends.

Darcie Gasperini

Darcie Gasperini

Goal: By listening to my clients needs, I strive to help buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.

Darcie is a life long resident of the Easthampton, Southampton area. After moving to Southampton, she opened, along with her mother, The Hair Station Salon in 1988. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially her 2 children.

Her business experience along with her many years of working with the public help her to represent her clients in the critical decisions involved in a real estate transaction. Her lifelong familiarity with Easthampton, Southampton and the hilltowns enable her to convey important information to anyone facing that all important home buying decision.

Darcie is a member of the Easthampton Chamber of Commerce, The Worthington Rod and Gun Club, the Immaculate Conception Church and the Southampton Sno-goers Snowmobile Club, for which she is the treasurer.

Chris Geryk

Chris Geryk

Chris is a lifelong valley resident. Growing up in Florence, he and his wife Stacy now live in Holyoke. Since 2000, he has been a Realtor, earning the GRI designation and also a membership in the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council. Chris knows firsthand the importance of customer service through his ownership of a power equipment dealership for 16 years as well as his Business Studies at Holyoke Community College.

Chris’ hobbies include watching the Red Sox and New England Patriots, fishing and aviation. He has logged many hours flying over our beautiful valley, earning a commercial pilot’s license and instrument rating. Chris and his wife enjoy travel, especially to the warmer climates of Florida and the Caribbean.

Brian has lived in Easthampton all his life. He is a graduate from Easthampton High School and Holyoke Community College. He resides in Easthampton with his wife and son, which reflects his dedication to our community.

An all western Mass and all league basketball player at Easthampton High School, Brian is currently the assistant coach for the Hampshire Regional Boys Varsity team and participates in adult leagues and charity events throughout the local community.

Beth is a life long resident of Easthampton, where she lives with her daughter, Haley. After attending Holyoke Community College, where she studied business, Beth has worked in retail management and marketing and also as a legal secretary. Her legal and business background enable her to help clients through the sometimes confusing process of buying a home. Beth's focus at the Taylor Agency is in Residential Real Estate and helping people find the perfect home.

She is an avid sports fan, and also enjoys reading and gardening.

Working in the business for the last 22 years, she has worked with countless clients, whether they be 1st time home buyers, building a home or just looking for good real estate advice. She has also conducted seminars for both real estate buyers and sellers.

She has lived in Easthampton her entire life, with the exception of 6 years, during which her husband served in the Air Force. Donna and her husband Larry have 3 children, and now 7 grandchildren. Her dedication to family and community is demonstrated by her involvement on the Nashawannuck Pond Steering Committee as well as being a member and president of Arc of Northampton. She also enjoys painting, golf, quilting, walking and biking on Easthampton’s Rail Trail.
