Information for Renters

Listings:

• A variety of apartments are available for you to view.
• Our primary area of focus is Easthampton, Northampton and Southampton
• We offer one, two and three bedroom apartments based on availability. We also list houses for rent.

Screening:

• Click here to view and download application, information release, employment verfication and landlord verification forms.
• Applications for apartments are taken one at a time. You will not be competing with other applicants
• Your completed application will be approved within 24 hours pending credit, landlord and employment verifications.

Move in Costs

• Most apartments require first month’s rent and either a security deposit of one month or last month’s rent due at signing of lease.
• We have an agency finder’s fee of only one half month’s rent due upon acceptance of application.
