Information for Landlords

Advertising:

  • Our office has a running ad in the Daily Hampshire Gazette 6 days a week.
  • Your apartment will be placed on our website with a detailed description and photo
  • We can place your rental unit on other housing websites for greater exposure.

Screening:

  • All prospective tenants will have had a complete credit check done through First Advantage Safe Rent, a nationwide agency.
  • It is our policy to thoroughly review current employment and the past two landlords (if applicable) of each applicant.
  • You will have the final approval of prospective tenants.

Paperwork:

  • Our office will coordinate completion of leases and all other pertinent forms and have them signed by the tenant in duplicate.
  • We collect all monies for the first rent and security deposit and/or last month’s rent. Your first set of rental checks will be distributed from our office to you directly.

Our experienced staff will work with you to find a qualified tenant for your rental property as quickly as possible. Any fees for our professional service are paid to us by the tenant.
